The human stress response kept us alive on this planet for thousands of years when we needed this robust fight or flight response to help us run from tigers.  But so much has changed so fast - in only the past couple hundred years - and our nervous system has not had time to evolve to our modern day stresses.  It still thinks we get chased by an occasional tiger.  But the things that stress us out today are constant (not occasional), and they are rarely life threatening. Week 1

We all know stress affects the body, but did you know that it specifically weakens the immune system?  In this module Heather will explain how.

She will also discuss brainwave synchronization and will introduce you to the IMMUNE BOOST and MENTAL CALM soundtracks that you'll be listening to throughout these 21 days.  This advanced sound therapy can help train your brain to remain calm in the presence of stress.  

Heard of the vagus nerve?  Heather explains the role it plays in the stress response.  Learn a powerful technique to stimulate the vagus nerve to help you get out of fight-or-flight mode (where most of us live 24x7), and into the body's more natural rest-and-digest state (where we're supposed to live).

Week 2

6 Video Lessons plus a simple daily protocol to follow

Did you know most of us don't breathe correctly?  In addition to teaching you more ways to stimulate your vagus nerve, in this module Heather will show you how to determine if you're breathing in a way that elicits a stress response from the body (hint: most of us are!). And she'll show you breathing techniques to correct this and to help calm the nervous system.

Emotions, even old ones we've forgotten about, can cause stress in the body.  In the last part of this module, Heather will teach you a technique that can help release those trapped emotions from your physical body.  It's called Emotional Freedom Technique (or "EFT") and involves "tapping" your way to emotional freedom.  

Week 3

7 Video Lessons plus a simple daily protocol to follow

Heather begins the final module guiding you through a loving kindness meditation that incorporates Gamma frequencies.  Gamma brainwaves are associated with higher states of consciousness and epiphanies.  

Heather will also talk about what foods, vitamins and supplements you can consider for boosting immunity, and she will share the home remedies she uses with her own family for dealing with infections and potential infections. 

This module ends with a discussion of the virus of fear and how the psychology of fear can impact our bodies.
